  • Early Bird Special: Deadline for $50 entries (Campaign Categories 45-54: $75) is November 15, 2023.
  • Regular Rate: Deadline for $60 entries (Campaign Categories 45-54: $85) is December 15, 2023.

Entry Instructions:

  1. Qualification: All entries should be related to educational marketing and advertising, adhering to the competition’s guidelines. Submitted entries must have been implemented or produced during the calendar years 2022 or 2023.
  2. Limitless Entries: There is no cap on the number of entries that educational institutions or agencies can submit. Feel free to present a wide array of your exceptional campaigns.
  3. Online Submissions: Submitting online is a breeze. Head to and follow our straightforward submission instructions. Attach your creative materials using active links, PDFs, or various digital transfer tools like Dropbox or Hightail. Remember, our judges use PCs, so please refrain from using Mac files.

Troubleshooting Online Submissions: Experiencing issues with attachments? No worries. Proceed through the order process without attaching the file. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique order ID. Just reply to that email, and we’ll guide you through the process of transferring your files seamlessly.

  1. Group Entries: Batch-submit multiple entries in a single go. After compiling all your entries, proceed to the checkout. Payment can be made online through credit card, or you can opt for invoicing. If you choose the invoice route, keep an eye on your email, including the spam folder, for your invoice.
  2. Key Dates and Fees:
    • Early Bird Special: Deadline for $50 entries (Campaign Categories 45-54: $75) is November 15, 2023.
    • Regular Rate: Deadline for $60 entries (Campaign Categories 45-54: $85) is December 15, 2023.
    • Late Entry: Deadline for $70 entries (Campaign Categories 45-54: $95) is January 19, 2024.
  3. Physical Entries: While online submissions are preferred, we understand that some materials are best submitted physically. First, complete your registration online to provide us with the necessary information. During checkout, you’ll receive an ORDER ID which should be included with your physical submissions. Ensure that the entry titles and categories on your physical materials match what you’ve entered online.   4. Entry Ownership: Entries submitted become the property of the Educational Advertising Awards and cannot be returned.

Format Guidelines:

    • Mailing Entries: For entries not suitable for online submission, use a flash drive. Complete the online registration and print the confirmation to accompany your physical submission. Online registration and payment must be completed prior to shipping materials.
    • Print Materials: Provide PDF links for materials such as newspapers, magazines, logos, letterheads, posters, and outdoor ads for judges to view.
    • Collateral Materials: For items like student viewbooks, brochures, direct mail, annual reports, newsletters, and more, provide PDF links for judges to access.
    • Website: Provide the URL, PDF, or active PDF for websites.
    • Social Media: Include links to social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and blogs for judges to review, or submit PDFs of screenshots.
    • Radio: Provide active links to mainstream audio formats.
    • Television and Video: Share links for video files via preferred platforms like YouTube or Vimeo. Other digital transfer sites are also acceptable.
    • Multi-Media Campaigns: Entries in these categories (45-54) should encompass at least two different mediums. Refer to specific format instructions for submission details.
